Year 2015 marked the start of a new business with the name of Scarlet Multi Products Pvt. Ltd. with a vision to provide high-quality products and services to a diverse range of industries. We began our journey by specializing in flour mill spare parts, catering primarily to domestic flour mill manufacturers. Scarlet Multi Products Pvt. Ltd. was established with a focus on supplying flour mill spare parts to the domestic market. Our goal was to provide manufacturers with high-quality, durable components to enhance the performance of their flour mills. With a focus on quality and innovation, we have continually adapted and expanded our product offerings to keep pace with market trends.
With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and product excellence, our company quickly gained recognition in the industry.
By 2017, we recognized the growing demand for kitchen products and expanded our portfolio to include kitchenware. This move allowed us to diversify our offerings and meet the needs of both businesses and consumers in the ever-evolving home goods sector.
In 2019, Scarlet Multi Products Pvt. Ltd. expanded into the e-commerce business, offering a wide range of Home, Kitchen & Personal utility products. Through online platforms, we were able to reach a broader customer base, offering convenient, quality solutions for everyday needs. Our dedication to excellence has led to the creation of standout products that are now staples in homes across India.
Followed by an expansion into Home and Kitchen Utility products through e-commerce in 2019, In 2022, we recognized the growing demand for our products in the offline retail space.
2023 marked a new chapter in our journey as we ventured into the offline business. To further expand our reach and connect with customers beyond the digital marketplace, we made a strategic decision to enter the offline business. This move allowed us to serve a broader customer base, including local retailers, distributors, and direct consumers who prefer shopping in physical stores.
